Developmental team around the Child

It was lovely to speak with other professionals today and it's very affirming that there is so much experience in this space.
I really enjoyed hearing the use of words such as collaborative Care, collaboration for a the child, Team ect. I like the puzzle pieces in the decision guide but also love a good visual and so I put some prompts into the Microsoft copilot to make one that has the 'Team around the Child' and I am hoping this to complement the eco maps we use with families. Its also really helpful when thinking the holistic approach to development but still honoring that some disciplines require independent assessments that should be communicated and coordinated... I don't know how to share the graphic?

Michelle - I totally agree, it was so nice to have a safe and supportive environment to reflect and share on challenges and wins!
After reviewing the 'interdisciplinary' definition in the appendix, I think at Noah's we work more interdisciplinary than transdisciplinary.
