Sharing the Decision-Making Guide
Quote from Katrina (Katie) Bullen on 28 January 2026, 2:30 pmHi all,
Thank you for this forum. I wanted to share that I've recently developed a workshop on the Decision-Making Guide for an upcoming internal development day at Lifestart Disability Services. The workshop has a case study and team members work through the decision-making guide thinking about what too much/too little/just right looks like for each step. I'm hoping this gives our team members time to get familiar with the guide and think about the practical application. In pulling things together I've found I really needed to show people the guide for them to understand what it is. I'm interested to hear how other people are introducing it since we last met in November.
