Practice-Based Coaching 1 day workshops:
Practice-Based Coaching is an empirically-based coaching framework designed to support practitioners’ and/or caregivers’ implementation of evidence-based or recommended practices that lead to positive outcomes for children, and their families.
The objectives of this workshop are:
•To consolidate understanding of the 5 essential components of coaching
•To increase knowledge, skills and confidence in utilising coaching as the primary adult learning strategy when working with parents/carers and other adults
•To understand the importance of coaching to fidelity
•To develop a personal action plan for continued coaching development
•To introduce the Torsch Coaching Platform
